Reviews and Ratings
My stay at this hotel was fantastic! The rooms were nothing like the others, very clean, and really comfortable, and it was nice to let the dog out for a while. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the service was wonderful, especially at the Agoyo Lounge. The location is great, within walking distance of the plaza area and Canyon Road. The dining experience had many choices, and the facilities were really nice. Overall, a top-notch experience with just a few minor downsides.
My stay at the Lodge was excellent! The rooms were great with a comfortable bed and a beautiful fireplace. The service from the front desk to the dining room was top-notch, and the staff was very helpful, friendly, and courteous. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the Galeries in Canyon Road and the old Santa Fe Plaza. The dining experience was fantastic, far above the average hotel breakfast. Overall, a wonderful experience with just a few minor drawbacks.
The hotel had very nice and spacious rooms with a good size patio for enjoying the church bells. The rooms were large, clean, and well-furnished, although they were a bit noisy as we could hear conversations in the next room and every suitcase rolling down the hallway above us. Despite the noise, the rooms had a sitting area opening to the loggia and a separate room for the king bed and bath.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. Although the rooms were not exactly what I expected, they were equipped with a Keurig coffee maker, plush robes, and complimentary Wi-Fi and bottled water. I enjoyed having two queen beds and a nice balcony for two, but I was disappointed about the lack of ground floor rooms or elevator access. The service from the friendly and helpful staff was excellent, making up for some of the room inconveniences. The location was perfect for exploring historical Santa Fe, and the dining options were a good deal better than typical hotel fare. The facilities met my expectations, providing a cozy and warm lobby area and convenient amenities. However, the dining experience was a bit mediocre, with overcooked scrambled eggs and ham not up to par. Overall, it was a pleasant stay but with some room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was truly a peaceful retreat. The rooms offered a spacious outdoor space and two queen beds that opened to the loggia, perfect for the kids to play quietly. With two fireplaces, a cozy bed, and a lovely patio, it felt like a private paradise. However, the dining experience was a bit underwhelming with some dishes not meeting expectations.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were very nice and spacious, and the patio was perfect for enjoying the charming sound of the church bells. It felt so cozy, quiet, and airy, especially with the gas fireplace and Native American accents. The location was fantastic, within easy walking distance to the arts district along Canyon Road and the Old Town Santa Fe Square. The service was exceptional, with staff members who were accommodating, friendly, and super nice.
